So at the doctor yesterday going over the results and he mentions the CA-125, that it's miniscule (his word) and not to be concerned. My number is 12, and the "range" is less than 21. the ca-125 test measures a antigen that rises in the presence of ovarian cancer. There are other things that can make it tise too. The thing to watch for is if its low then spikes. mine was 8 then spiked up to 21 then they found a tumor in my fallopian tube

It is not 100% percent reliable. In some cases of ovarian cancer it does not rise at all. Other things like ovarian cysts, menstruation can make it rise.

Well, my ob told me not to get one as they are not reliable indicators of ovarian cancer.
