My expanded have been in since Novemmber. While I was getting them filled, it felt like folded edges would poke me. Very painful. Much better now, but occasionally I will feel some pain.

I got one in 6 weeks ago. They told me it would poke, like a crumpled plastic bag until it filled up more.

I was filled to a small "B" right after my double mastec so I woke up to that and happy to have something there though used to being a medium "C" which I guess my doc is aiming for. Have to sleep sitting up and not getting a good night's sleep--scared re 1st fill since the surgery which will be next week

I am just starting my expander journey and feeling much discomfort--I could see where subsequent fills might render my skin very thin--would like to hear more details of your story and what to watch for!
