I am at the end of my radiation treatments and have noticed under and around my breast I have freckled like I would if I was in the sun alot. Some of these freckles are not flat but are above the skin a little like moles. Has anyone else had this and should I see a dermatologist to see if its melonoma or anything like that? I had basil cell carsonomas removed years ago so skin cancer is always in the back of my mind. These freckles were not there before the radiation.

Some of the best information I have come across has been in two different books. 'The Yeast Connection' has immeasurable information and 'The Truth about Breast Implants from Harm to Healing'. There are so many repercussions involved with cancer treatment and reconstruction that simply cannot be dealt with the way the health care system is set up. www.plastikos.com is a great website with fountains of information to help.
I never had the freckles AND I agree with Craftygirl that you should get them checked out... ASAP

@A MyBCTeam Member, yes, the small white bump was on the area that was badly burned on my collar bone. It's healed now but still looks red and discolored (it doesn't hurt)and is a little sensitive still. The doctor is telling me it's a calcium deposit. He said sometimes that happens in the healing process.
No, the cancer was in my left breast and went through my lymph nodes. So I laid in a frame with my left arm over my head, and my head turned to the right. And I'm left handed. All the bumps are on my fingers and palm of right hand. And they are indestructible.
