What are bone melts

Yes I am on Zometa for Bone Mets only had three so far, I have to have it monthly. Praying it is working and keeps any more mets at bay

I just had a dexiscan and my hip bones are better. I have my next IV treatment in March. I guess bone pain is part of the gain.

I am also on Zometa. I do have a lot of bone aches, but I've been contributing it to the Letrizole that I take. I guess it's something to think about.

I'm taking IV zometa as well along with oral capsules of vitamin D to help keep my bones strong, and yes I experienced bone pain. They usually give me two benadryl before I start taking the IV Zometa to lessen the pain some. Then, I take tylenol every now and then. Hang in there.
