I'm barely a year out but my onc is ordering a full body PET scan once a year and breast/chest MRI every six months. I did have a bilateral mastectomy and it spread to my lymph nodes so she likes the PET scans - and I do too!! I'm told at the three year mark it's scans once a year, unless of course something suspicious comes up.

I find it so interesting that we each have different follow-up when it seems like treatments are very generic.

I was told I needed to have yearly MRI's because I have silicone implants.

For me, scans only if symptoms and blood tests every 3 months. The blood tests are regular oncpanels not tumor markers. I had node involvement.
