What about the differences for IDC versus ILC, and the GRADES? MammaPrint: HIGH risk for metastases. Can you give advice about MRI?

I had a mixed tumor, IDC+ILC, +DCIS, not LCIS, ER/PG +
GRADE 3, T1cN0.
Despite early screening, it was agressive and fastgrowing, with HIGH risk for metastases (MammaPrint).
Therefore I got also chemo, TC 6x, adjuvant after breastsaving lumpectomy (September 10th 2025).

Radiation and antihormonal treatment were planned since the start (letrozol but after 2 months, I got Anastrozole, due to site-effects).

First follow-up mammo/echo were fine (October 16th).
