I purchased zip front sports bras from Amazon and Walmart! Since I had a single mastectomy I am still able to wear my prosthetic and be comfortable. I actually got 2 bras when I got fitted for the prosthetic, which were nice but $80+ each (free for me thru insurance) but I prefer my sport bras I paid $14 for!

After lumpectomy I found front zip sports bra from Jockey to be most comfortable- had to get a larger size.
During radiation, soft front clip bra (no underwire). Found some good options at AnaOno.

Soft bras with some sipport that open in the front will make your life so much easier. They have them on Anazon, at Belks. Kohls, and Walmart. Wishing you the very best!! Love and hugs!

I was told no bra after my recon for at least 6 weeks, bummer cause I found some cute ones that will be great when I’m allowed to wear them again. The pain thing sort of haunts me. I feel like I should get some pain relief and there’s been none. I take my pain my pain meds and muscle relaxer religiously but no relief and I’ve never been a pain med person.
Would love some relief.
