The AI response is correct about hair thinning and hair loss. All of the AIs and CDK inhibitors have the side effect of hair thinning and hair loss. I'm on Letrozole and Ibrance right now. When I started both meds my hair was starting to grow back from the chemo I had last year. I haven't had hair thinning or loss on either of the meds, but my hair is growing back super slow this time. The first time I had chemo my hair grew back at it's normal pre-chemo rate of growth, but I wasn't taking an AI at that time.
