My right breast is much smaller than the right breast now, nipple is inverted slightly. Can I do a fat transfer or something else?

Check with your plastic surgeon to see if fat grafting is possible to make your nipple look more like it used to look. The nipple inversion is likely from your surgery, but to be safe also check with your doctor to make sure the nipple isn't inverted as a result of cancer that may have been missed because nipple inversion is also a sign of breast cancer. Fat grafting can be done to fill in dents and lopsided areas, but I don't know if it's possible to do enough fat grafting to make your breast much larger. If having your breasts be more even in size is really important to you then you may need to have surgery to the other breast to reduce and reshape it to better match the side that had the cancer. It's very common for women to have the non-cancerous breast lifted, reduced in size, etc. to give a more even look to your chest. Good luck to you ❤️
