John, you are a wonderful son and we appreciate that you are taking your precious time to update us. You are very much like your beautiful., kind, precious mom because you're strong and caring and kind , especially to us , folks you dont even know. We love you and we care. It is a privilege to know someone like Barbara. I feel the same as all of you do..what a strong woman. She is an example to us all… prayers for her and her family.

John, Jared, & Jessica,

These last few months, days, and hours have been very challenging for each of you in different ways. This cancer journey really tests our beliefs and stamina.

Your Mom was steadfast in her decisions and the direction she was going with her cancer and treatment. She was strong minded and a great sharer of information and support for all of us as well. Now its our turn to support her and her children as she makes her transition. John you are doing what you feel comfortable doing by being at her side, holding her arm/hand and talking with her. Connecting Jessica via Video calls, and Jared is there at her bedside as well when able.

Your actions are bringing her the much needed and wanted comfort. The relief of knowing that her children are there is allowing her to rest and be at peace. She is pain free and resting with the knowledge that everything is right in her world.

Thank you- John for being her support and being there when she needs you the most.
