Hi Lori 😊 hope you are doing well. I do intermittent fasting. But it works for me. I'm also a diabetic so it helps me with my weight as well. But when I do eat, I eat my protein, veggies, fruits, fiber. It's an ordeal but it works for me. Talk to your PCP and see if it is possible for you. Have a beautiful day πŸ₯°

Hi Lori, I'm glad you asked that question. I start letrozole tonight. I usually do a 6 hour eating window. I eat all of my balanced meals in that time. If I get hungry, I'll have a piece of fruit or veggies. πŸ€—

You should write down all the questions you have about fasting while on your meds and then discuss them with your medical team. Everybody is different and since they have your full medical history they can help you make the correct decision. Wishing you well. Endless hugs!
