You have the right to refuse any treatment you don't want. Some doctors aren't pushy about it and some are while others can get downright pissed off if you don't follow everything they say. You are the one in charge what you put into your body, not them. I have refused so many things from day 1 I wonder how I even have a doctor. But its because she knows I am not coming from total ignorance, she knows I do my own research and don't want to risk having side effects. She always tells me I can change my mind to. You can accept some treatments and reject others.

Please call the doctor and maybe even go to his.office before you stop taking any meds. The dosage may be too high or he could possibly switch your meds. Please, please don't do anything before you talj to your doctor. It is your bidy and it is your decision to do as you wish but get all the facts first and see what else is available . It is miserable to be sick on meds that are suppose yo help you. Please call the doctor's office. Somone will be on call and they will get back to you pretty quickly. You don’t have to take or do anything you don’t want to. Call, write message and tell Dr or nurse what you’re going through. Then do whatever you want stop talking the medicine or wait.
