I like the occasional pie or goodies around holidays but feel guilty like I’m not doing enough to keep the beast away. I also drink milk and eat red meat. I’m not trying to push my luck but I’m trying to LIVE in moderation

@A MyBCTeam Member - life is about enjoyment. It’s important to treat ourselves well, whatever that means for us.
I try & eat healthy most of the time. I do it because I enjoy healthy foods, nothing to do with cancer. I also love dark chocolate. I eat it most every day. I love pizza, eat it when I want to, love scones & I eat them with pleasure. Don’t ever feel guilty for enjoying what you love to eat 😊

Well since it's largely nonsense I pretty much ignore it and get on with my life.
Reason number 2 is that I have so often been so severely ill in the last two years that when I can eat I do.

Every time I see a post about giving up things for cancer, I offer the same reply. 'Cancer could very well take my life one day so I am not going to let it take away my life while living '. I love chocolate, puddings, choc filled donuts, ice cream and there is no reason why I would give them up for Breast cancer.

Everything in moderation my dear. I eat what I want when I feel for something
