I find that a lot of taste has changed, I need to add more spices to my food. I used to like mild wings and now I get the spiciest ones!

Maybe you should try Letrozole..
Seems that one does not lose taste or smell on it.

Be sure to request that the Oncologist writes Accord manufacturer only as this manufacturer has less side effects.

No loss of taste. The fatigue is the worst side effect for me. Ask your oncologist about the loss of taste. I would.

I was on Anastrozole for awhile, but asked to be taken off as it affected my moods. They then put me on Exemestane and I now have no taste or smell and haven't for quite awhile. It's quite disheartening as nothing sounds good anymore and it certainly doesn't make you want to eat!
