Can I take a multi vitamin while on letrozole I’m 67 had a lumpectomy. Have been using letroze for a month and start my radiation in a couple of weeks.

I never ask my doctor to take vitamins. I told her I was taking 5000 IU of D3 with K2 because for the first 4 months on Anastrozole she only had me on 600 IU and I had a HYDROXY blood test that came out bad, very low D in my bones so after reading about high dose D3 here on Feb 14 I started taking it and told her . She said it was fine.

My cancer pharmacist said it’s ok to take multivitamins along with vitamin D3 and Calcium. But cautioned me against any other supplements unless these are pre approved by my medical oncology team.

### Mechanism:
- Nonsteroidal Aromatase Inhibitor: Blocks the enzyme that helps produce estrogen, thereby reducing estrogen levels in the body and slowing the growth of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.

### Administration:
