By the way...I took anastrozole for 10 days (April 1-10 2024) and found that it was causing my joints to be painful and the bones in my knees to be audibly crunching and rubbing. Prior to that I'd had mild osteoarthritis in one knee for the past two years. But taking Anastrozole rapidly caused a major change in that knee (as if it had dissolved the cartilage in the knee) and started affecting my previously 100% normal healthy right knee. I alerted my Dr, who told me to stop taking the anastrozole and take nothing for 10 days, then start taking letrozol. So in a week I will start on that. There's no use preventing a recurrence of breast cancer if the preventative puts me into a wheelchair! I'll let y'all know what happens in a coue weeks...

This may not be for you however I was struggling with neuropathy and aches in my feet and buy “barefoot wide toe” shoes has actually been a lot of help! More space, better posture and balance, feet don’t get sweaty ect! But it is an adjustment

I had 2 Knee Replacments and now will be taking Ai in a month from now My ortho Dr told me to wear Hoka Shoes NOT CHEAP but really work so well CHeap at times really doesnt give you the correct support we need.....

I love my Nike vapormax shoes. They are super comfortable and supportive. My husband got them for me when I was undergoing chemo treatments & my neuropathy got much worse in my feet. I would highly recommend them especially to ladies with a high arch like myself

I just got some Sketchers Go-Walk shoes and they are super comfortable plus you can just slip your feet into them. They have a cushion in the heel that keeps them from slipping when you walk. I love them. They can also go into the washing machine. I fell in the mud last weekend and thought they were ruined. Put them in the wash with some towels and they came out looking brand new much to my relief.
