Radiation therapy, no, hormone blockers, maybe. Aromatase inhibitors (hormone blockers, like Anastrozole), suppress Estrogen. Estrogen helps with bone strength. Any one on these blockers should get and annually bone density. If they have osteopenia, they should be on a bone modifier, such as Zometa, Reclast, Prolia, Fosamax.

Hi Sharon, you should be doing everything possible to strengthen your bones. Many of us here take D2 with K2.
