But it been about 2 years. It be hot in that spot. I use ice packs to cool it down. I cream the itching spot. But it get like that when I am about to go to bed.
How far out are you? I just had my 2nd lumpectomy 4 weeks ago and it itched the 2nd -3 week. I think maybe because it was healing. It was worse with certain bra materials. I’m sorry you are itching. Benadryl might help but it usually makes people sleepy. If it is far enough out maybe try aquafor or CereVe cream. Sarna lotion has hydrocortisone in it so that might help to. You might want to call or message your surgeon to make sure it is ok! Good luck.

If I were you I would put a call through to your doctor, you might only need an antibiotic. Don't go on like this. Make a call and just tell them your surgical wound itches and is hot to touch
