Thank you TammyC2 I have as a PRN when nessacary I sometimes really need it and don't take it when I'm in a big swing. I hardly ever use it but I'll be more aware now. I think my stress and sometimes off eating plus toxic emotions or toxins caused or made my health worse. Drs said no it's my herditary gene. I see now after reading how many woman are affected and going thur all these big challenges. I'm feeling compassion and sad. I was told to live in moment not worry about future.

I actually take Lorazepam. My fear and anxiety were really bad.
