Has anybody had mets to the brain? How did your treatment change?

This is my latest possibility. 2 spots on cranial were found on Bone scan a few weeks ago so to determine if there is any metastases in the brain I am getting a head CT scan done in 3 days.
Its pretty crazy knowing how a stable stage 4 Breast cancer can suddenly change in a heartbeat.
I went from 3 bone mets being relatively stable in March to 3 new bone mets and one no longer stable 4 months later.
