Only when they are removed. I had my ps tell me put gauze sports bra to wear when they give the okay it don't help at all.

It does get better. The tightness doesn’t go away until you get your implants but the rib pain gets better

I wished I had a better reply but in my experience they never got comfortable. But once they are out and implants in it is a world of difference. So hang in there it will get better!
