I'm plus sized all over. After a lot of fruitless searching, I bought a compression bra from Masthead, that has Velcro front opening. When I woke up from the lumpectomy, I found myself in a Masthead bra.

I did and and it was a front closure too. Used it often.

Pre-surgery, I bought three M&S (UK brand) front-fastening post-surgery bras in my usual bra size.
They have served me well. I have worn 24/7 since 27 October. I hadn't thought about how long the bras would take to dry in winter! Also spotted some in lingerie outlet on ebay. One of my standard sports bra has also been comfortable. I think my surgeon did an amazing job removing 44mm tumour. I have two scars (also had sentinel lymph node biopsy) , one of which is barely visible by now. Wishing you all the very best.
