Yes I am .it started as if my hand was falling asleep and then it would itch... now it's all the way to my shoulder up to the neck...it is as if i cant move it because the tingling is so intense and dealing with swelling...my pc dr said carpal tunnel but i dont think thats the issue..so physical therapy is where shes sending me...now i only had 2 lymp nodes removed but i won't lie that lymphoedema isnt in the back of my mind.

Not me, but this sounds like a possible nerve injury. Hope you have told your doctor about this.
