I kept my eyebrows and lashes throughout chemo, although brows did thin a bit. Since chemo ended weeks ago I'm losing both. Has anyone else experienced delayed loss of brows/lashes after chemo was over?
I'm a natural gray, and I use a powder by Clinique called Brow Shaper that comes in several shades. It comes with a little brush, but at first my neuropathy made it too clumsy to hold that tiny thing. So, I bought a double ended spoolie brush. Depending on where you buy it, it runs about $20-25. I tried the eyebrow pencils, but they always looked too dark, and I didn't like how defined it looked, as I am a more outdoorsy type. This powder gave me more control over intensity. Thinned, lost, grew back, lost a second time- now super thin, thank goodness for being able to draw and color!! Hugs!

That's what happened to me. My eyebrows thinned, and I lost some lashes during treatment, but it wasn't until after that they all fell out. They have grown back, although my lashes seem like they're harder to curl for some reason.
