Questions regarding side effects from hormone therapy

I would like to know more how to treat the side effects from hormone therapy I just finished 21 sessions of radiation. I will meet with the oncologist on August 16th to find out what the hormone will be.

I was diagnosed last August. Mine is HR+Her2-. I had 21 radiation treatments and started anastrazole one week after my last radiation treatment. I have been on the medicine since then. So far, I have not noticed any negative effects. I should teIl you I am about to be 77 years of age. I wish you well. Prayers going up on your behalf.
