Ever since chemo i blow my nose a lot! I think its bc my nose hairs never grew back. I use Systene dry eye drops and limit my screen time.

Same here. I just finished my last Kadcyla treatment Dec 30th. My nose runs constantly , my eyes at times. I have been on Letrozole since September but it’s not one of the side effects.

I don’t have an answer but you’ve just answered one of my questions, bless you thanks. I’ve just been told I have dry eyes but now I’m wondering if it’s to do with my treatment. I also have a runny nose.😀

Yes, during chemo, runny eyes, runny nose, then the runny nose became nosebleeds. It cleared up once chemo was done, but without those nose hairs to act as speed bumps- I had to whip out those tissues quick- I didn't want to drip!
When allergies hit, it does seem it still runs faster, but manageable- I am guessing fewer nose hairs, as my eyelashes and eyebrows (like all other hair) came back thinner.
