I only had 3 removed in my left arm pit I had the pins and needles feeling my surgery was 06/01/22 I still have random pins and needles and the cording went away like in October but I’m starting to have minor Lymphadema in my arm it seems to happen when I lift heavy things so I try to avoid heavy lifting with my left…..and also after all the arm pit peeling I no longer grow hair under my arm and there is no smell at all so I just use DEODERANT on my right armpit it’s weird
I had radiation,lumpectomy,reduction and still have random lightning strikes in my nipple area and the numbness radiates in different areas

Is there any swelling? Doctors don't know why some women get lymphedema and others don't, but I was told to always be aware of that possibility, as it can show up even years after surgery. Hope you are feeling better this evening. Hugs!

From what I know, it is your nerves repairing themselves and trying to work again.
