I chose no implants or prostheses so hugs feel good, but I’m definitely aware of my flat chest. I believe that hugs are for the soul as well as the body. Praying for your good feeling to return.❤️

@A MyBCTeam Member: I'm a unicorn so when I hug people it's either with one boob or my prosthetic - but honestly, it doesn't bother me. I'm just glad I'm here to give/recieve hugs at all! Next time you go to give a hug, try not do it with your head - just do it with your heart. If you focus on that trust me it will feel exactly as it should 💕🦄

Hi Paige! I am four years out from my double mastectomy and I am sorry to tell you that I still find hugs to be pretty embarrassing, especially with men. I always feel that they turn and walk away thinking wow those implants are very hard! So I have to say I always tense up when I am hugging someone. Except for my husband of course. 😉

Hugs are better for me. The first time my Grandson hugged me, he told me that he could hug me closer now!!!!!
