I freaked out as well. They weren’t at all what I was expecting. Mine went kind of flat and boxy as well. I don’t like the shape and am exchanging them next week. My plastic surgeon is going to change them for a narrower version of the same size so that they’ll be more in front of me instead of wide across my chest. At the same time, he will work on the dog ears, remove some scar tissue, and do some fat grafting. Until the new ones drop into place, we won’t know if more fat grafting will be needed. It’s a pain but you aren’t stuck with what you get if you don’t like them. That said, give it some time. It takes a while before they settle into what they will actually look like. Mine did get better but it just wasn’t what I wanted them to look like.

Thanks. I like the new girls much better - rounder, perkier, fill out the shirt nicely. He did end up using a little bit larger sized implant after all. They're no longer broad and square. These I can live with. Yay!

One month later... big change. They appear more round and full. They project well also. Fill out shirts well and with a bra I could look quite busty! Big change!

I understand completely. From the side view, mine look fine but the front view looks flat. I feel like I have more of a male chest than a female one when I look at them from the front. Next week, if everything goes as planned, I'll have them exchanged. They will be the same cc's but narrower so that they'll project more from the front.
