Dog Ear Surgery Recovery Time
Hi all - I am having surgery Monday to fix dog ears from my BMX two years ago. After all the surgeries I’ve been through, I’m thinking this is a quick recovery. I assume lifting will be limited, but can I raise my arms? How long is the recovery?

I have a pouch under my arm, on the side of the mastectomy, a few inches down. Is that the same thing? I hate it. It’s like a side boob!
I had scar revision surgery Aug. 4th. I told my surgeon that I wanted the chest of a 10 year old boy!!!! She laughed and said OK, that I got. No dog ears and very flat scars! I did have 2 drains that were in for 8 days. I was very careful about lifting and reaching too much after. I had a very easy recovery. Praying for a successful surgery and an easy recovery for you.
