I'm in the UK I'm on herceptin have to have regular blood tests and a heart scan every 3 months I'm good on the herceptin just a bit itchy for a few days but under control. Its meant to be the platinum drug for her2 positive. Providing they keep a regular check on you everything will be OK. Love 😍 and hugs to you

Had to postpone once with echos every month after that.

Yes, same for me. Echocardiograms every 3 months. If anything is wrong they will pause or stop treatment.
