I have been on Anastrozole for almost 3 years and do have some problems (Arthritis)in my fingers. I drink a lot of water and that helps with the muscle spasms. I also try to walk an hour each day.

I've had pain, burning, and tingling in my feet. I was taking it during the day tho, should I be taking it at night?

I also take mine in the morning with my other meds.
My most important side effect is hot flashes sometimes.
Other than that, I feel pretty good.
