Check with your ONC. They give you allergy meds tomprevent reactions from chemo, so I am sure it is OK

Actually Claritin helps with the bone pain after the neulesta shots. I took it based on nurses recommendations. I was also given Benadryl before the infusions.

You should be able to. They often recommend taking Claritin if you are getting the Neulasta shot the day after chemo. You may even find you don’t need it. Many chemos come with a dose of antihistamines and steroids to help with allergic reactions to the chemo itself so it may have you covered from seasonal allergies already.
