Name The Cream That Helps Heal Burns On Your Breast From Radiation?
Aloe Vera gel kept in the fridge worked for me, a nurse told me about keeping in the fridge so it's nice and cold and soothing, was a great idea too xxxx
I had very severe blistering and burning. The itching was maddening! I tried all of the creams-Aquaphor, prescriptions, etc. nothing was relieving the pain and itching. Then, a friend suggested “Alpenglow Skin Product”- specifically, the cottonwood balm. I ordered it (mostly available on line) and received it very quickly. I put in on and realized a few hours later that there was no mor itching! It has candula flowers and I’m certain that it made all the difference. Within a few days, my healing and redness were vastly improved and when I saw my dr, she was totally amazed at the difference in a week. It is a family owned business- I wish I had a financial interest in the business because I am totally sold on their products. Good luck
Mygirlscream.com. My Girls Skin Care by Radiant Sun LLC. I reacted to the Flamixine, and searched on-line for an alternative. This calendula cream was amazing! It is paraben, fragrance and dye free and recommended by the American Cancer Society. I took one of the sample bottles to the Breast Clinic in London, Ontario to show them. After my radiation was done, my surgeon was impressed with the colouring of the breast that had had the radiation. She had trouble telling which breast had received radiation!
I used Aveeno fragrance free during radiation 4 to 6 times per day. Twice a day after treatments and skin was back to normal color after 3 weeks
