I absolutely agree with him, chemo worse

The chemo was harder being sick so often. My bilateral mastectomy was easy even thou the surgeon caused me to have 4 more surgeries. I was out on the farm doing my usually feeding and working the very next day. Surgery was easy compared to a rotator cuff surgery. Very little pain just had to sleep on a recliner for a while. I did get the belt that is sold on Amazon that holds the drains and makes it easier to move around.

I had 6 months of Chemo and had my surgery (triple negative- bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction) on July 20th and I felt like the chemo was hard, but the surgery seems more time consuming in the way that you have to take more time for healing. I had a few lymph nodes removed as well. The healing has been more of a challenge for me. The expanders are a little uncomfortable, but manageable! I too woke to having reconstruction started, so was also spared the trauma of a flat chest,Would recommend to anyone. Hope this helps! Hugs to you and prayers!!!

I thought they were both hard in different ways. But I hated chemo the most!

I'd say BMX was an acute ordeal, painful but one rises out of it rather quickly, day by day.
Chemo, on the other hand, was chronic and waxed and waned...then waxed again.
They're both tough, but depending on your personality, one might seem tougher than the other.
I know that sounds ambiguous, but itheyre such different experiences, imo.
I will say this: muscling through a hard course of chemo suggests that you will handle BMX appropriately. Lean into the wind, Sister Soldier!
