It's been about two years after my treatments and I have to say that my blood count was low the past 2 years and until recently as it is finally back to normal range . Also I just recently found out that my ast levels are running around 51 and My doctor says it should be about 40 . We think it could be the tamoxifen so I am re testing in 6 months to see where the levels are and I can go from there .
Also , ask your oncologist about your blood count and see if the oncologist can give you some helpful advice so that you can have some peace of mind . Remember , it takes time for your body to recover .. we all recover at different rates ..

After treatment my ONC no longer does bloodwork. My GP does it once a year. 6 months after chemo my hemaglobin was almost up to the low end of normal and WBC was a little low. everything else was in the normal range. My bloodwork right before I was dx'd with cancer were completely normal too.

Once I was done they never checked me again.

Are you taking tamoxifen I know it has an effect on blood and healing. I'm not sure how long it took for my numbers because they really didn't check after I finished chemo. But my adrenals were messed up for quite sometime following. I'm only now feeling more normal now that I'm off tamoxifen.
