Had bmx 12/2015. Reconstruction done 3/2017. Jist found pea size lump midchest. Wondering if it is scar tissue or should I really be concerned.

There could be any reason please have your provider examine you. You didn't mention how your reconstruction was done or if you have had fat grafts. The lumps I have felt have been oil cysts from dead fat grafts. Definitely talk to your plastic surgeon.

I had two of those that turned out to be fat necrosis once they were removed. But I would definitely check with your doctor to be sure. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I saw my oncologist and he ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound was suspicious so I go for a biopsy on Monday.
