The myalgia from Taxol is rough- at first it was just my joints, bones, and random spots on my skin. Then I began feeling sharp stabbing pains in my ovaries! Has anyone else experienced this? I can feel the sharp pains in my organs, in my tumor, and in lymph nodes.

I had neulasta after each of my 4 AC chemo. It was awful. I dreaded it. I then opted to spread my Taxol over 12 weekly treatments instead of the 4 bi weekly. The Taxol was much easier than the AC, I think because of no neulasta. Taking Claritin for 3 days after neulasta helps!
Do you get the Neulsta shots? After the first shot I was ready to quit Chemo. The internal pain was awful.
It was not the Taxol but the Neulasta.
I hope you have raised these concerns to your Oncologist and they will give you pain killers for the sharp pains. It would seem that you may need another sonogram to check out your ovaries. Maybe even a CTscan.
