I use the Biotene Moisturizing Mouthwash and I also rinse 5-10 times a day with a mixture of 16oz water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking sofa. I rinse and spit with it each time after I eat something. I make a mixture in a new water bottle and keep it handy with little 3oz cups. That way I'm not drinking out of the bottle. Swishing helps loosen food particles which can be very irritating to a sensitive mouth. I also brush my teeth three times a day with a soft brush that I run under hot water before I start to soften it more. It takes a lot of effort but my mouth has been so much better since I began this daily routine.

My dentist had previously prescribed me a fluoride rinse which I use every night.
