Also make sure if you feel sickly to get on antibiotics. I am on round 2 of antibiotics. With less lymphnodes I find it harder to fight off bugs

Take paracetamol for now which should help but check before getting or buying anything else the pharmacist can always check the BNF for guidance .

Not on Tamoxifen. I am on Letrozole and I can take Claritin. That is my go to OTC medicine but I would check with your dr's office before taking any medication.
