My hair is so gorgeous now 19 months of beautiful hair has come in. Women ask me if it's a weave, I say nope just chemotherapy!

I remember my long beautiful head of hair just like yours; I chopped it of at first then when I went to shave my head wore awesome wigs! LOL!! NOW since May 2016 until now my hair is so THICK and Amazing women all of races want to know what my secret is! I kid you not! I look at them and say 2 years of brutal cancer treatment, I earned this hair! I hope this helps. Be brave my Cancer Warrior!

I also wore bandanas at home but I worked in a hospital so I wore this little white cap it was hard but I had to work

I shaved mine after chunks starting falling out. However, my head is sensitive so I go bald most of the time, I work in the professional field and just have big earrings and scarves and just "own" my new look. I do sleep in a small soft hat to cover my head and ears (because I get cold). I do wear some cute hats from time to time but since my head is sensitive I just prefer to go bald. Do want works for you! That is all that matters. Remember, your beautiful regardless of hair or not. Stay strong, this too shall pass.

Never shaved and my hair was waist length. I cut it at first to shoulder length but by the 2nd chemo it was coming out in clumps.I wore my wig during the day and yes it was itchy when the hair was still falling out.At night,I used cotton turbans gotten at Ulta.They were super soft but sometimes even they were itchy.

Got so accustomed to the wig I purchased several.Liked the ease I could switch my hair color without dye b/c I'm very allergic.
