Starting chemo tomorrow. 4 rounds, once every 3 weeks. I have my blanket, my mints, water bottle and phone (although wifi has proven to be tricky at the office). Husband is coming with. Anything else that might be helpful?

I had my chemo treatments on Thursdays as well. Worked on Friday then felt like crap Saturday and Sunday then back to work on Monday. 6 4hr treatments every 21 days. Thank God that's over but almost 2 years later I still have many side effects.I cant believe it will be 2 years since chemo in February! Praise God!

I agree with @A MyBCTeam Member - I had my treatments on Thursdays - Saturday and Sunday were my worst days.

That is the same amount of chemo that I did :) It will go by quickly if you have your hubby there to visit with you. I always brought things to munch on, I even had lunch a few times while having chemo makes it go by quick too. Good luck!! you will do great :)

Comfy down pillows, slipper socks because you'll have to go to the bathroom, green juice, ginger candies, nuts, (lunch, you'll be famished) and eye patches to block out light as you will sleep.
