If you get a nipple. It will always be hard. Getting tubes tied is easy. But you might want to consider hysterectomy to avoid any gyn cancer in future
Plus ovarian is very hard to detect at an early stage it is typically diagnosised at a late stage

I didn't even feel my tubes getting tired. Easy peasy. After cancer it's a walk in the park.!
