To get a clear margin, my nipple had to be removed in a re-excision lumpectomy. It doesn't seem super common, so I'm looking to see if anyone else had a similar experience and if they had nipple reconstruction. Thanks your thoughts.

I had nipple reconstruction and they are very soft.

If you have nipple reconstruction they will always be hard
