Anyone Changing From Tamoxifen To An Aromatase Inhibitor? What Are Side Effects You Experience On The AI? Any Comments Appreciated.

I have been on Tamoxifen for 2 plus years. My onco wants me to switch to an aromatase inhibitor for another 2 plus years. My other option is to stay on Tamoxifen for a total of 10 years. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on this topic?

@A MyBCTeam Member - there are 3 Aromotase Inhibitor so why don't you ask your doctor if you could try another one instead of the femara/letrozole.

Can I ask what are you taking now? My onco said I had NO CHOICE. Seemed to me that there would be an alternative?
