My plastic surgeon used the largest breast implants and I'm a C cup.

I have silicone round but they look natural and teardrop on me (look at my pinboard for my "nudies" ha) I am about a small C I guess, IDK as I dont wear a bra, just spagetti strapped tanks w everything. My PS is also a mircoplastic surgeon, specializing in breast reconstruction and in a very progressive practice that wont use saline. The new silicon is a cohesive gel, it wont break apart and travel through the body like th older materials potenially could. They are light weight and look real!!

My plastic surgeon uses the gummy bear silicone implants. Also silicone is a gel so no worries.

I went with saline. It moves with your body the way your real breast does. I only had a single mastectomy with tweaking of the other side, so I want something to look as natural as the real one.
