I had silicone implants placed on 9/14 I did develope some minor rippling, which my ps said could happen. I had a fat grafting procedure on 2/15 to correct it. It looks a lot better.

There can be ripples in the expander until they are more filled up. There won't be with the silicon implants and they also are way more comfortable and look more real. They will be smaller than your expander so be prepared for that.

If your expanders were placed in pockets in your chest muscle the sharp pain can be from the increase saline being put in the expander to stretch the muscle.

Its normal and WONT look anything like that when you get the exchange. My Foobies look great (you can see I posted them in my pinboard. )So funny I will show anyone...like its a elbow hahah @A MyBCTeam Member
