Any significant changes for more then a 2 week period with inthe same Breast should always get checked if there is no other explanation for it. In my case ( rare IBC) itching was the first symptom I had in regards to Cancer but was clueless to this knowledge. So I just say better to check then not

My right nipple itched for years. I heard it could be a sign of cancer. I told a doctor about it and was told it was dry skin. Guess what? I had cancer and it was near my nipple. Like others said, talk to your oncologist. It could be nothing but you'll have a peace of mind.

You may want to see your doctor. I had itching and redness. Turns out I had an infection. Put me on IV antibiotics for 10 days. Even years after our skin is still recovering

It is the same breast. It has never been so bad for years.
