My cousin that experienced breast cancer a few years ago drank welch 100 grape juice and she said it helped a lot with her low blood count. I haven't been able to try it yet because I've had acid reflux really bad try it you never know.

Nothing, just stay safe by staying away from sick people and public areas especially when you know you counts are low. When your counts are low, you have no way of fighting anything, so even a cold can be dangerous and difficult to fight. Prevention is the key.

I've just had 2 chemo sessions and they had told me that I had to come back for Neulasta (for white blood cell counts). I haven't needed it and hope not to need it after the next. My white blood cell counts have been good from start. Are they giving you that shot?
