In past 2 weeks I have noticed increasing aching and pulling sensation in underarm that was treated with radiation. Also an aching/burning feeling deep in the radiated breast. I finished rads 4 1/2 months ago. Wondering if this is a sign of radiation fibrosis and what others have done to treat it?

I just keep massaging my breast with lotion and that helps with the aching that still occurs after almost a year after radiation ended. Doc said the radiation continues to work and tighten tissues long after treatment complete.
